By accessing and using Loopxo's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Loopxo provides digital development services including but not limited to:

• Web application development
• Mobile application development
• UI/UX design services
• Cloud infrastructure solutions
• Digital transformation consulting
• Technical support and maintenance

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are owned by Loopxo or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

For custom development projects:

• Client retains ownership of their original content and specifications
• Loopxo retains rights to reusable components and frameworks
• Final deliverables are transferred to client upon full payment
• Loopxo may showcase completed work in our portfolio

Payment terms are as follows:

• 50% deposit required to commence work
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

We reserve the right to suspend work on any project with outstanding payments beyond 30 days.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining confidentiality. Our privacy practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

During project execution:

• All client information is treated as confidential
• We use secure communication channels
• Access to project data is limited to necessary personnel
• We sign NDAs when required by clients

We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without your explicit consent.

Loopxo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use our services will cease immediately
• We will deliver any completed work and materials
• You will be responsible for any outstanding payments
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through:

• First, through good faith negotiations
• If unsuccessful, through mediation
• As a last resort, through arbitration in Mumbai, India

The courts of Mumbai, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use our services.
